As a system administrator (m/f/d), you are part of our colorful and international team and are responsible for the conception, maintenance and support of the solutions used. We are looking for a system administrator (m/f/d) in a volunteer position for our headquarters in Frankfurt as soon as possible.
Your responsibility in our team
Your focus is on supporting our systems during ongoing operations, as well as maintaining and further developing our internal IT infrastructure
The planning and implementation of IT projects and specific applications is also your responsibility
You are responsible for the conception, maintenance and continuous development of the infrastructure in the areas of network, firewall, storage and backup
The maintenance and administration of the Azure AD / Microsoft 365 environment is also part of your area of responsibility
In addition, you will provide user support for our standard programs and self-developed applications
You are part of an agile team and support the specialist departments with IT processes and IT applications
You are also responsible for the procurement, installation, construction and repair of hardware and software
Who we are looking for
You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable degree
You have professional experience in the installation and operation of partly virtual server infrastructures, the operating systems Windows, MacOS and Linux, hardware and software
You have infrastructure knowledge, particularly in the areas of network, firewall, storage and backup
You already have experience in administering services such as Azure/Microsoft 365 MS Dynamics NAV, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, VMWare, Jira, Confluence, IT security
You will be happy to provide our users with expert support in all questions relating to IT at their workplace
A responsible, structured and result-oriented way of working is a given for you
Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality round off your profile.
